BroadBand Light (BBL)™ is an innovative intense pulsed light (IPL) technology that sets new standards for skincare. It is a great choice for addressing skin changes associated with aging, active lifestyles, and sun damage. This treatment delivers excellent phototherapy results using the specific wavelength or filter for the targeted condition.
BBL™ can precisely treat age and sun spots, small facial veins, and other types of blemishes. To produce optimal effects, Dr. Tchelebi tailors each plan to match the unique concerns and goals of the patient. BBL™ IPL treatment can address the following:
The light energy delivered by the BBL™ device gently heats the outermost layers of the skin. The thermal energy stimulates the generation of new collagen, a process that helps restore the skin to its natural beauty. As a result, the skin appears smoother, more vibrant, and younger-looking following treatment. Additionally, small vessels that are responsible for pigmented lesions can also be minimized.
Fractional ablative technology is proven to be safe and effective. Venus Viva™ is safe for all skin types and utilizes the revolutionary NanoFractional Radio Frequency (RF) with SmartScan™ technology. It produces superior rejuvenation effects and an enhanced patient experience with minimal discomfort. Most patients benefit from three to four 15 minute sessions.
The NanoFractional Radio Frequency (RF) with SmartScan™ delivers energy through the epidermis to the dermis using selectional dermal heating. Venus Viva™ results in natural tissue remodeling by initiating skin change, collagen reconstruction, and fibroblast stimulation. Those who wish to address skin laxity may consider treatment with Venus Legacy™.
It can be time-consuming to remove unwanted hair from home regularly. Men and women may consider laser hair removal to eliminate hair from the face, back, legs, bikini area, underarms, or other areas. Laser hair removal is a non-surgical treatment that reduces unwanted body hair using Diolaze™ laser energy. The surrounding skin and tissue remain unharmed, resulting in a comfortable procedure for most patients. Several treatment sessions are typically necessary to achieve the desired hair reduction results.
Before a laser hair removal procedure, a topical anesthetic is applied to prevent pain and discomfort. The handheld Diolaze™ laser device is then moved across the targeted area, disabling targeted hair follicles in the active growth state.
BLU-U® light therapy is an effective treatment for acne vulgaris. The blue light produced by the BLU-U® device destroys Propionibacterium acnes (P. acnes), the bacteria responsible for breakouts. BLU-U® light therapy can also target the abnormal cells that cause actinic keratosis, a common precancerous condition characterized by rough, scaly lesions that are caused by sun damage over time.
How It Works
During the procedure, a topical photosensitizer called Levulan is applied to the skin and left for an incubation period. The time varies depending on the severity of the actinic keratoses being treated. Levulan is made of aminolevulinic acid (ALA), a natural substance found in the body. After incubation, the Levulan is activated by exposure to the narrow-band blue light waves emitted by the BLU-U® light source. Patients may experience sensations of warmth, tingling, or burning during this part of the treatment.

Fotona can be used for laser skin resurfacing to provide smoother, more youthful skin. Ablative (tissue removal) or non-ablative (no tissue removal) wavelengths can be used depending on your aesthetic goals. Laser resurfacing is an excellent option for patients who wish to treat signs of aging without surgery.
Photorejuvenation treatments generally do not require downtime, but patients are advised to avoid direct sun exposure temporarily. The length of the healing period varies depending on the technologies used. Some patients prefer to take one or two days off work to rest at home. Results can be long-lasting, but some treatments require regular maintenance.
