We have been following the guidelines provided by the CDC and the government regarding the safe reopening of businesses. We have received many emails and calls from many of you asking when we will be resuming operations. We understand how important it is to take care of the health of our skin and the need for continuous maintenance and new treatments, so we hope to open our doors again soon.
However, we want to make sure that we provide a safe environment for you and our staff once we resume activities. To ensure that we follow the CDC guidelines, we will need to implement some changes. Please keep in mind that as state-wide policies and procedures are continually changing, and as we gain more knowledge about the virus, these guidelines may also change.
As testing becomes more widely available, we encourage all of you to get tested for COVID-19. Before you arrive, forms will need to be filled remotely and we will also ask that you provide a method of payment. By doing this, you can skip the front desk and avoid unnecessary time in the waiting area. We will request that you wear masks and gloves when entering our facility. Only one client will be permitted to check-in at a time. We ask that you wait in your car until we call you to come in. We will be screening for the common COVID-19 symptoms, such as sneezing, coughing, runny nose, muscle aches and pains, low grade fever, or loss of taste and smell.
We will ensure sufficient distance between you and other clients and staff or, where distance is not achievable, that there is adequate personal protection between individuals. We will continuously disinfect every surface and provide hand sanitizer and wipes for your safety and the safety of our staff.
Please be assured that we will take all the necessary precautions to keep you safe while we continue to provide the same high quality care as before. Please email us with the date and time of any procedure you would like to receive in June, keeping in mind that while we hope to be able to reopen in June, this may have to be postponed.
We will ask you to answer a short questionnaire before we can secure that appointment date, and we request that any change in your health be promptly communicated to our staff. These are unprecedented circumstances for all of us, so we ask that you please be patient and help keep all of us safe and healthy.
