    • Sculptra® Aesthetic Treatment

    Treatments with Sculptra® Aesthetic are performed in-office, and treatment sessions take approximately 30 to 45 minutes to complete. The length of the session may vary depending on the number and size of the treated areas. Before Sculptra® Aesthetic is injected into the designated region of the face or the body, a topical anesthetic can be administered. From there, the Sculptra® injections are applied using fine needles, resulting in scarless improvement. Most patients achieve their desired aesthetic with three to four sessions spaced evenly over four months.     Recovery After Sculptra® Aesthetic

    Patients who undergo treatment with Sculptra® Aesthetic do not need any downtime and can return to their daily activities following their appointment. It is recommended, however, to refrain from exercising for at least 24 hours. Mild swelling, bruising, and tenderness may occur, but these side effects are temporary. Over-the-counter pain medication can be taken to reduce any post-treatment discomfort.

    Because Sculptra® Aesthetic is designed to trigger the body to produce newer, healthier collagen rather than act as a dermal filler, results gradually develop within a few months.
