Cancellation Policy

Credit Cards are required to schedule appointments. There is no charge for consultations but a $200 fee will be applied in the event we do not receive a call to cancel or reschedule. The $200 fee will be applied towards your next appointment if scheduled within 3 weeks.

Appointments that are missed without notice will be charged 100% of the cost and will be applied towards the next appointment if scheduled within 3 weeks.
